I've decided to skip on Stencyl Jam because, essentially, Horizon is an absolute wreck. I thought I'd finished it to an airtight standard, then I exported it to SWF and... death. Utter, absolute death. Basically I'm so sick and tired of ridiculous, seemingly impossible problems that I'm going to take a week out from coding it. Sorry to everyone- ESPECIALLY Basheman- but it's just way to buggy to submit as a stand alone game, let alone as a competition entry.
That doesn't mean I won't finish it, however. I feel so close to the solution and yet my patience has worn absolutely threadbare. Like I said, I'm taking a week out, then I'll try and finish it at my own leisure, rather than rushing frantically to get it done before a deadline. Much as I'm sad to not be entering Stencyl Jam, I still can't wait to see who wins! It looks to be a good competition overall.
